Stairwell Productions will bring The Lincoln Center Theater/LCT3 production of Antoinette Chinonye Nwandu’s acclaimed, award-winning play PASS OVER, directed by Obie Award winner Danya Taymor (“Daddy”, Heroes of the Fourth Turning) to Broadway this year to reopen Broadway’s August Wilson Theatre, with previews beginning August 4. This will mark the Broadway debut of both Nwandu and Taymor. PASS OVER will be produced on Broadway by Matt Ross, Jujamcyn Theaters, Lincoln Center Theater, Concord Theatricals, Renee Montgomery, Blair Underwood, Madeleine Foster Bersin and Antoinette Chinonye Nwandu.






Stairwell Productions/Matt Ross served as a lead producer of the Broadway-transfer of Heidi Schreck's What the Constitution Means to Me, and of its subsequent national tour and live-capture film, now available on Amazon Prime Video. A Tony nominee for Best Play and a finalist for the Pulitzer Prize, What the Constitution Means to Me was twice-extended on Broadway, breaking a box office record and becoming profitable along the way.











An original film adaptation of The Bushwick Starr’s critically-acclaimed production of Animal Wisdom, created by and starring Heather Christian, is now available for streaming at Amber McGinnis directs the film with stage direction by Emilyn Kowaleski.  The film of Animal Wisdom is produced by Woolly Mammoth Theatre Company and American Conservatory Theater in association with Matt Ross, Madeleine Foster Bersin, Outskirt Media and The Bushwick Starr.
